Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item should be:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In its original condition, with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll let you know by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
