Some of our products are shipped directly to the customer by our suppliers. Any customs duties, import taxes or related charges incurred on import are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or delivery cost.
Fabric composition, care and maintenance information is provided by our suppliers as general guidance only. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we're unable to independently verify every fabric composition and aren't liable for any damage or deterioration resulting from washing, handling or using products in line with these recommendations. If you believe there's a material discrepancy, please get in touch and we'll resolve it in line with our Returns policy.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, household or order. These limits may apply to orders placed under the same account, payment card and/or billing or delivery address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the contact details provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
